These terms govern your use of our Online Store. You hereby agree to be bound by these terms. In the event you disagree with any term in this Policy, you should stop using our services in the Online Store immediately.
1. Deliveries.
We shall not be able to supply an item for a reason beyond our control and we will not accept liability. You acknowledge that placing an order does not necessarily mean we will fulfill it. You shall pay all amounts in full upfront, before deliveries are made. Only when we invoice and dispatch the Goods is the Contract between you and us acknowledged and confirmed. The cost of delivery is free in Dubai, and is free in UAE for all orders worth over AED 400. You shall pay the applicable cost for international shipment. We will delivery your order(s) to the address you gave us when placing your order. You also acknowledge that under normal circumstances orders will be dispatched on the day the order is received. If we or our couriers fail to deliver your orders in part or in full or it is beyond our control, we will not be held liable.
2. Returns.
If your Order is damaged or has a defect upon delivery, we shall replace it subject to the conditions in this Returns Policy. You shall only return the items for replacement within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. You are not allowed to modify your order after completing the Ordering process. Modifications for the purpose of this Section include changes to the product, addresses, and cancellations. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. For Defective and Damaged Items, it is mandatory that you provide us with Photos or Video as a proof, as these will be examined and replacement is free of charge. Please note that we shall replace the defective or damaged items at no additional cost. If you notice any defect on your purchase or any other issue with your order, please make a problem report to us no later than 48 hours of receipt. Accordingly, as stated above, you have a maximum of seven (7) days to return the item from the delivery date, for replacement. Beyond this time, you have no right to request for a replacement. You shall bear full responsibility over any return that you make to a wrong address.
3. Replacements.
We may provide product replacements upon proof of the delivery of defective or damaged products. Please note that you have an obligation to make payments carefully and to ensure that you really intend to use our services. We will bear full responsibility of errors that are due to us.
5. Limitation of Liability
Neither ENHANCED NUTRITION DXB nor its agents, directors, shareholders, members, partners, managers, officers, employees, information providers, attorneys, or affiliates shall have any liability with respect to, and you hereby waive, release, and agree not to sue any of them upon, any claim for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages suffered or incurred by you in connection with, arising out of, or in any way related to, this agreement or your use of any of our services even if we have been advised of the possibility of damages.
